The Language Resource Center provides linguistic and cultural resources for the languages offered in the Department of World Languages and Literatures. In addition to our multimedia classroom, the LRC includes a video lounge with Apple TV and foreign stations on cable, iMac workstations, printing, scanning, and several comfortable lounge areas and café table space for small groups or individual use. We also have a small kitchenette and all are welcome to use the facilities for making tea and coffee. Language clubs and conversation tables meet regularly in the LRC. If you’d like to schedule an event, please contact Cindy Evans (cevans), LRC Director.
Our student Language Assistants staff the LRC and offer tutoring on a drop-in basis. Please check the Language Assistants schedule for information on hours.
