BASICS

Bedrooms: Master bedroom ensuite is huge (250+ sqft). Two additional bedrooms w/closets
Bathrooms: Full master bathroom and full guest bathroom.
Parking: Off-street parking for 2 cars, plenty of on-street parking too.
Square Footage: Approximately 1600 sq ft
Laundry: Combination washer and dryer located in apartment

SPECIFICS:

Entry Area: The large porch overlooks quiet residential street. There is an attractively tiled vestibule entrance.

Living Room, Dining Room and 'bonus' TV Room: These three rooms feel like one very large open space, interconnected with large open archways.

Living room: Large, sun lit with hardwood floors and exposed brick chimney
